The Gretsch Building

Built in 1916 as a Gretsch Musical Instrument factory, the Gretsch building was converted into a premiere condominium.  It still looks like a factory on the outside and even bears the same name etched at the top.  We worked closely with the Board members to find the right approach to illuminate the exterior signature  at the top of the building.
